Hi, my name is Kayla ! I’m a licensed esthetician and 2X certified lash artist here in Waynesboro, VA. I specialize in creating customized lash sets—from natural classic sets to full-mega volume. My goal is to help you wake up feeling more confident, polished, and perfecting my craft as I customize a lash set that compliments your eye shape I also offer other services such as full body waxing, facials, eyebrow laminations, and lash lift and tints if you are a new client please read my policies as this helps both of us have a better understanding for what is expected. 📅 Booking & Deposit – A non-refundable deposit of $10 is required to secure your appointment. – The remaining balance is due the day of service. 📌 Cancellations – Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for reschedules or cancellations. – Same-day cancellations are subject to a 50% fee -No-shows are 100% of services 📌 Late Policy – A 10-minute grace period is given. After that, your appointment will have a late fee added, 15 mins your appointment may be shortened or canceled. 📌 Guidelines – Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. - If you need to add or change services please let me know in advance - You must still have 40% of lashes to be considered a fill. If you need a full set please let me know in advance or your appointment may be rescheduled. -Any set over 4 weeks must book a removal and new set ✨ Aftercare tips will be provided at your appointment to help your lashes last as long as possible. Cancellation Policy
Appointments that are canceled less than 24hrs will be subject to a fee of 50% of service cost , cancellations made less than 24hrs will be subject to a fee of 50% of service cost, no call no shows will be charged full service cost which will be charged to the credit card on file. I understand emergencies happen and will make exceptions on a case by case basis as long as you give notice 3 hours in advanced. NO REFUNDS. If you experience extreme lash loss please reach out to me so we can resolve this issue, talk about after care, and find a solution ! 🩷
