Appointments that are canceled less than 24hrs will be subject to a fee of 50% of service cost , cancellations made less than 24hrs will be subject to a fee of 50% of service cost, no call no shows will be charged full service cost which will be charged to the credit card on file. I understand emergencies happen and will make exceptions on a case by case basis as long as you give notice 3 hours in advanced.
